Although this gnocchi is made from potato, corn and rice, it does not sacrifice on flavour. Delicious in texture and reminiscent in taste of wheat gnocchi. Try frying sage leaves in butter and toss through the cooked gnocchi, finish with black pepper and a generous shaving of Parmigiano Reggiano
