Pukara Estate Lemon EVOO has a delightful and versatile olive oil with the zesty taste and smell of fresh lemons.

Can be paired with rosemary and garlic to marinate a butterflied leg of lamb, or back straps, before cooking on the char grill.  It can also be used with freshly chopped herbs as a baste & stuffing for a baked whole snapper. The lighter flavours work well to dress fresh grilled asparagus.
